Enablement at the speed of change: why we built Sparks

Over the last few years we've worked with incredible companies like Databricks, Procore, and GE Healthcare who have used our platform to deliver blended learning programs that see 10–20x the engagement rate of traditional asynchronous courses.

We've also created more and more opportunities to use AI to drive practice and real-world learning, from AI roleplays to open-ended assignments with AI-generated feedback.

And we started to see an interesting behavior. Customers began using our platform to create micro-practice opportunities: small amounts of content and practice, pushed to learners over Slack. Sony Interactive Entertainment used this to create what they called “Feedback Dojos” for managers to practice giving feedback before performance reviews, and Procore pushed out “Quick Bytes” as part of their AI skilling initiative.

We quickly saw that one of the highest-impact applications of this product direction was sales enablement. And so today, we're excited to launch the Uplimit Sparks beta program, starting with its first mission-critical use case: enabling sales reps at the speed of AI.

Why traditional enablement breaks under AI velocity

AI has accelerated product development beyond anything we’ve seen before. Features ship weekly...sometimes daily. That means enablement teams are expected to translate complex product changes into effective training in a matter of days, not weeks.

Even when materials do get out the door, the problems don’t stop:

  • Engagement is low.
  • There’s no space for real practice.
  • And there’s no clear signal on whether reps have truly mastered the message.

So what happens instead? The field keeps moving. Reps go into conversations unprepared. And enablement becomes reactive, constantly chasing what’s already changed.

Introducing: Sparks

That’s where Sparks comes in. Sparks turns product and marketing materials into interactive enablement experiences complete with personalized AI roleplays. Enablement leaders can push out Sparks via Slack and they get data back on performance.

Sparks gives reps a way to rehearse, refine, and build confidence, without pulling them out of the field. It meets them where they are (in Slack, in flow), and turns static content into interactive, personalized practice in minutes. No heavy lift. No waiting. Just real readiness, right when it’s needed.

1️⃣ Create in Minutes

Leverage the materials you already have (no need to start from scratch.) Sparks transforms your existing content into structured practice quickly.

2️⃣ Push to the Field

Distribute practice modules via Slack or Teams. When you meet reps where they work, you remove friction from the experience of learning something new.

3️⃣ Practice with AI

AI roleplays and personal knowledge coaches provide 1:1 immediate feedback, helping reps refine messaging, objection handling, and key talk tracks. Practice the conversations with key decision makers and buyers before they happen.

4️⃣ Measure & Reinforce

Track progress with AI-driven insights. Reinforce skills with adaptive practice until reps are field-ready. Know who's prepared and who needs more reps.
